Responsibilities

• Collects data related to assessments and outcomes.
• Completes quality audits using QA tools.
• Reviews QA data and reports on trends/scores.
• Analyzes scores relative to clinical assessor determinations.
• Develops reports that track activities/outcomes.
• May provide QA training to staff.
