Job summary
Maximus is seeking a Clinical QA Analyst to support the Colorado Home and Community-Based Services program. This role focuses on quality reviews of Nurse Assessors’ assessments and documentation, analysis of reports, and ensuring compliance to contractual and regulatory requirements, all in a fully remote environment.
You will work with a cross-functional team of nurses, social workers, and quality professionals to drive continuous improvement and program excellence across clinical operations in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Current LPN, RN, or higher nursing license in Colorado and/or eligible.
- Minimum two years post-graduate clinical/healthcare experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Collect data related to assessments and outcomes.
- Complete quality audits using QA tools.
- Review QA data and report on trends and scores.
- Analyze scores in relation to clinical determinations.
- Develop/complete reports tracking activities/outcomes.
- Provide QA training to staff as needed.
