Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical QA Analyst to support the Colorado Home and Community-Based Services program. In a fully remote role, you will review Nurse Assessors’ documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with clinical standards.

You will analyze dashboards, provide feedback, and help drive program improvements while collaborating with a nationwide team. The role requires an LPN license (or higher) and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least two years in

• Quality assurance and risk management experience in clinical settings.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Collect data related to assessments and outcomes.
• Complete quality audits using QA Tools.
• Review QA data and trends from audits.
• Analyze scores relative to Clinical Assessor determinations.
• Develop/review reports tracking activities/outcomes.
• Possible QA training for staff to embed quality measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
