Maximus is seeking a Clinical QA Analyst to support the Colorado Home and Community-Based Services program. This remote role collaborates with nurses, social workers, and QA professionals nationwide to ensure accurate assessments and compliant processes.

You will review nurse assessments, analyze quality metrics, and provide guidance to staff to sustain high standards. The position offers a fully remote setup, weekday schedule, and a focus on continuous improvement across clinical operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Quality/Risk Management in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new tech quickly.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of assessments and clinical documentation.
• Analyze QA data and reports to identify trends and ensure compliance.
• Use QA tools to evaluate performance and maintain standards.
• Provide feedback to clinical staff to improve quality outcomes.
• Gather data to drive program improvements and regulatory compliance.
• Support training and QA initiatives as needed.
