Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical QA Analyst for its Colorado Home and Community-Based Services program. This remote role focuses on quality reviews of Nurse Assessors’ assessments and documentation to ensure accurate service authorizations for vulnerable populations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in clinical QA/Risk, strong data analysis, and excellent communication skills to drive improvements and ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met. Colorado licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Quality and Risk Management in a clinical setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects data related to assessments and assessment outcomes.
• Completes quality audits utilizing QA tools.
• Reviews QA data and reports on trends and scores.
• Analyzes recommended scores in relation to Clinical Assessor determinations.
• Develops reports tracking activities/outcomes.
• May provide QA training to staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
