Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to support clinical projects from a remote location in the United States. You will provide project and operational support to the clinical team, assist with coordination, and help with study documentation in a dynamic environment.

Entry-level candidates with knowledge of Veeva Vault and CTMS, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with: Veeva Vault; CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
