Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team. The role involves assisting with coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, study-by-study environment.

Ideal candidates have entry-level Clinical Research exposure, experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS, and strong Excel skills. The position offers remote flexibility with standard corporate benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research with knowledge of clinical trial processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
