Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to support the clinical team from a remote US location. You will provide project and operational support, assist with coordination and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to keep studies on track.

Ideal candidates have entry-level clinical research experience and familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, plus strong Excel, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and a solid understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
