Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide essential project and operational support to our clinical team. You will assist with coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role requires entry-level clinical research exposure, familiarity with CTMS and Veeva Vault, and strong Excel skills. This position offers remote work with national scope and competitive compensation within the broader Syneos

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research with understanding of trial processes.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Help identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
