Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team in a remote work setting. You will assist with clinical project coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration while adapting to shifting study priorities.

Ideal candidates bring entry-level clinical research exposure, familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, and strong Excel and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research with understanding of trial processes and study operations.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and own tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and follow-up activities.
• Adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
