Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide clinical project and operational support to the clinical team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating studies, maintaining documentation, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and adapting to changing priorities, while leveraging Veeva Vault, CTMS, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as departmental needs evolve.
• Help identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
