Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Project Leader or Senior Project Leader to drive global clinical trials and lead cross-functional teams. This role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards for diverse biotech/pharma clients.

Successful candidates will have an undergraduate degree in a clinical/health field, and 2+ years of global trial management within a CRO or pharma setting, with advanced degrees preferred for senior levels.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years' experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO/Biotech/Pharma.
• Experience with project scheduling, resources, budgets, and coordinating team activities.
• Experience with full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Senior roles require more years (Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, Project Director).
