Job summary

Parexel is seeking experienced professionals to join its Global Project Leadership group as Project Leader (PM) or Senior Project Leader (SPM). You will lead global studies across therapeutics for mid to large biotech/pharma clients, guiding project teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO, Biotech or Pharma.
• Experience with project scheduling, managing resources and budgets, and coordinating team activities.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
