Job summary

Parexel is seeking Project Leaders (PM) and Senior Project Leaders (SPM) to lead global clinical trials for biotech/pharma clients. This role provides leadership to project teams, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures on-time delivery within budget and quality.

Candidates should have a health-related undergrad, an advanced degree preferred, and 2+ years of global clinical trial PM experience in CRO/biotech/pharma, with scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory submission experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO or Biotech/Pharma company.
• Experience with project scheduling, resource and budget management.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage day-to-day operations.
• Strive for on-time delivery within budget and to high quality to exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate activities across teams and maintain strong client communication.
• Support senior leaders in governance, risk, and change management.
