Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist to provide remote project and operational support to our clinical team. You will assist with coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role requires entry-level clinical research exposure, familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while adapting to changing study needs.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
