Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist for sponsor-dedicated work with remote capabilities. You will provide day-to-day project and operational support to the clinical team, assist with coordination, and help manage study documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have entry-level clinical research exposure, familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, and strong organizational skills. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and potential growth within Clinical

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and understanding of trial processes.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as departmental needs evolve.
• Help identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
