Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team.

The role involves coordination of clinical projects, administrative activities, and ensuring study documentation is up to date, in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have entry-level clinical research exposure, familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and understanding of trial processes.
• Experience with coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
