Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team. You will assist with coordination and administrative activities across studies, collaborating with cross-functional partners in a dynamic environment.

The role requires entry-level clinical research exposure and experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS, plus strong Excel skills and an independent, proactive work style.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
