Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to support clinical teams across studies. You will help coordinate project activities, assist with administrative duties, and ensure study documentation is up to date in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role requires basic clinical research knowledge, familiarity with Veeva Vault or CTMS is a plus, and strong Excel and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and understanding of trial processes.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS is a plus.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and follow-up activities.
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
