Judi Health is seeking a Clinical Programs Administration Specialist to support program operations remotely. The role involves triaging calls, scheduling consultations, and outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacies to ensure seamless program execution and an excellent member experience.

The position requires an active pharmacy technician license, 1+ year in a clinical setting, and strong customer service and communication skills. HIPAA compliance and use of key tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license.
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, PBM, health plan, or related health care.
• 1+ year of customer service experience with strong listening and communication.
• Have a designated secure workspace and reliable high-speed internet (1 Gbps) required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage clinical program calls, schedule consultations, and outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacies.
• Support administration and execution of clinical programs including cost-containment initiatives.
• Provide compassionate, professional support to members and providers while maintaining quality care.
• Document outreach, case activities, interventions, and follow-up actions in applicable systems.
• Monitor outreach queues and escalations to ensure timely completion of programs.
