Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• 2+ years of health plan/PBM/managed care or clinical program management experience or completion of PGY1 MC Pharmacy Residency/Fellowship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver.
• Experience with clinical analytics, reporting, and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical programs across pharmacy and medical benefit clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for program launches and workflow optimization.
• Maintain clinical program resources, rules, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide pharmacist expertise for workflows, outreach, and clinical decision-making.
• Oversee third-party vendors administering clinical programs, focusing on disease management.
• Support go-to-market strategy, pricing, marketing, and implementation of clinical products.
• Assist with RFI/RFP submissions and stakeholder communications.
