Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Ohio PASRR program. This role oversees contract compliance, manages reporting, and serves as the primary point of contact for the state client.

The ideal candidate has PASRR Level II program administration experience, strong human services leadership, and data-driven decision making. This fully remote US-based position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of leadership and program management experience.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or related field is preferred.
• Experience managing PASRR Level II programs and coordinating with state stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to forecast finances and manage P&L within a contract-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis to drive program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for the Ohio PASRR contract and supervise program staff.
• Ensure contractual compliance and effective delivery of service levels.
• Manage reporting, documentation, and communications with the state client.
• Lead improvements to programs, workflows, and processes based on data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve contract outcomes.
• Monitor performance, escalations, and client satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Represent Maximus in public speaking engagements and stakeholder meetings.
