Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Ohio PASRR Program. This fully remote role oversees program operations, ensures contractual compliance, and maintains strong partnerships with state stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have PASRR Level II program administration experience, human services leadership, and data-driven program management, with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human services.
• Experience administering or coordinating PASRR Level II programs.
• Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a designated team of unit staff.
• Responsible for training and development of unit staff.
• Monitor activities, schedules, productivity and work product results.
• Review clinical documentation including pending denials in real time.
• Collect QA information from assigned staff.
• Disseminate policy changes and ensure implementation.
• Lead regular team meetings and act as point of contact for staff.
• Conduct home visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote project image through public speaking and presentations.
• Manage all aspects of contract expectations including finance and SLAs.
