Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Ohio PASRR Program. This role oversees program operations, ensures contractual compliance, and maintains partnerships with state stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have PASRR Level II program administration experience, human services leadership, and data-driven management skills, with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; 5+ years of experience
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
• Experience administering or coordinating PASRR Level II programs
• Experience with financial forecasting and P&L management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise a designated team of unit staff
• Oversee training and development of unit staff
• Monitor productivity, schedules, and work quality
• Review clinical documentation and address denials
• Manage contract expectations, financials, and client relations
• Lead regular team meetings and communicate policy changes
• Conduct post-assessment visits to ensure customer satisfaction
