Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license without encumbrance.
• 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience with MCG, CMS NCDs/LCDs, clinical criteria guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the RN Reviewer team including one RN Team Lead.
• Manage daily productivity reports and provide feedback to nurses.
• Train and develop new RNs joining the team.

Skills

Registered Nurse license

Supervision management

Knowledge of NCQA/CMS requirements

Prior Authorization or Utilization Management

Excellent computer skills
