Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license required in Utah, Colorado, Montana or Nevada.
• Not hiring remote workers in CA, CT, HI, IL, ME, MA, MN, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, WA.
• Video interview via Microsoft Teams is required; onsite interviews may occur.
• Schedule: PRN (as needed).
• Location: fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for allergies, duplications, and drug interactions; ensure safe, appropriate therapies and accurate dispensing.
• Oversee timely preparation and delivery of medications to care areas; ensure secure storage and workflow efficiency.
• Complete regulatory and compliance training; stay up-to-date with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Proactively solve problems related to equipment, maintenance, drug availability, staffing, and patient care.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
