Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Utah, Colorado, Montana or Nevada.
• Candidates outside of these states will not be considered.
• Must participate in on-camera filter-free video interview via Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patients' medication orders for allergy interactions, duplication of therapy, and drug interactions; ensures safe, appropriate, cost-effective therapies and accurate dispensing.
• Oversees timely preparation and delivery of medications to care areas and ensures secure storage and workflow.
• Completes regulatory and compliance training and adheres to state and federal laws and pharmacy policies.
• Identifies and solves problems related to equipment, maintenance, drug availability, staffing, and patient care concerns.
• Suggests process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
