Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking licensed Pharmacists to join a remote healthcare team supporting prior authorization reviews. This position is responsible for reviewing medication requests and completing clinical criteria in accordance with established policies and procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists with strong retail pharmacy experience, leadership experience, and attention to detail who are interested in transitioning into a remote clinical role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active pharmacist license in the state where you reside, in good standing.
• At least two years of pharmacist experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or GED must be verifiable.

Responsibilities

• Review medication prior authorization requests and evaluate applicable clinical criteria.
• Complete reviews in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing documentation.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and other stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive healthcare information.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills.
