Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a fully remote 11-month contract-to-hire position. The role focuses on reviewing prior authorization criteria, evaluating associated information, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

Qualified candidates will have PharmD or equivalent, at least 2 years of pharmacist experience, and an active license in their state of residence, with strong organizational and communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the candidate’s state of residence.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete prior authorization criteria in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Evaluate pharmacy-related information to support the prior authorization review process.
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
