Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
8+ years in healthcare operations, program implementation, or related roles.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution experience.
Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and operationalization of enterprise clinical performance initiatives.
Develop roadmaps, milestones, governance, and accountability plans.
Integrate initiatives into business processes and workflows.
Manage stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption strategies.
Monitor adoption and program performance for optimization.
