Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in healthcare partnerships or external relations.
• Experience developing clinical partnerships and capacity expansion.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and CRM skills.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Convert outreach into new or expanded clinical placement capacity.
• Develop territory plans aligned to enrollment goals.
• Present value proposition to clinical stakeholders.
• Manage pipeline using CRM and reporting tools.
• Protect and expand partner placement capacity.
• Coordinate site activation with program and legal teams.
