Job summary

Success Education Colleges seeks a Clinical Relations Manager to serve as the main liaison between the college and healthcare partners. You will develop and maintain clinical site relationships, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and support campus coordinators in issue resolution to provide high-quality clinical experiences for students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical education, healthcare partnerships, or academic liaison roles.
• Strong knowledge of nursing education standards and clinical compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partnership development and maintenance, establishing and renewing clinical partner agreements.
• Ensure all clinical agreements meet regulatory and accreditation requirements; communicate updates to campus coordinators.
• Serve as escalation point for clinical site issues and coordinate with coordinators to resolve timely.
• Track and report SLA performance metrics to leadership.
