CareDx, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Clinical Operations Associate for New York & New Jersey to support NavDx sequencing and surveillance workflows. You will partner with clinics, educate teams, and help ensure timely test processing and accurate results delivery.

You'll build relationships with providers, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive process improvements across the customer lifecycle while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and commensurate professional experience.
• 2–5 years of successful full-time work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on clinical operations or analytics
• Experience working in commercial-stage, high-growth life sciences or diagnostics companies OR working in a physician office, clinic or hospital providing support for patients and healthcare providers
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and manage dashboards

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare institutions to ensure NavDx ordering, reporting, surveillance management, and customer satisfaction.
• Onboard new customers, educate clinical teams, optimize workflows, and support NavDx implementation.
• Act as the primary contact for operational customer support, resolving inquiries related to test ordering, results reporting, reimbursement, and portal access.
• Coordinate with CLIA lab, reimbursement, Patient Navigation, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate orders and timely specimen management.
• Monitor ordering patterns and surveillance utilization to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve provider workflows and portal adoption to enhance customer experience.
• Develop and execute testing utilization reviews with Sales for growth opportunities and patient outcomes.
• Maintain physician communication preferences and notify NavDx updates accurately.
