Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years in clinical operations or analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in commercial-stage life sciences or diagnostics preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce.com and Tableau with data analysis and dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare institutions to ensure NavDx ordering, reporting, surveillance management, and satisfaction.
• Onboard new customers, educate clinical teams, optimize workflows, and support NavDx testing implementation.
• Primary point of contact for operational customer support: ordering, results, reimbursement, and provider portal access.
• Partner with CLIA lab, reimbursement, Patient Navigation, Sales to ensure timely processing and access.
• Monitor ordering patterns and surveillance utilization to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve provider workflows and portal adoption.
• Develop 360 account strategies with Sales to drive growth and outcomes.
• Maintain physician communication preferences and notifications for NavDx updates.
• Ensure data integrity across systems through documentation and compliance.
• Execute strategic projects to improve efficiency and support company objectives.
• Maintain HIPAA/CLIA/FDA compliance and CareDx policies.
