Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Operations Associate to support NavDx testing and surveillance across provider offices and clinics.

You will onboard new customers, educate clinical teams, and optimize workflows while partnering with Sales, CLIA lab, and reimbursement teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely results. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in a fast-paced clinical operations or analytics role.
• Experience in commercial-stage life sciences or diagnostics teams or healthcare provider support.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare institutions to ensure NavDx ordering and reporting.
• Onboard new customers, educate clinical teams, optimize workflows, and support NavDx testing and surveillance implementations.
• Act as primary contact for operational customer support including test ordering, results, reimbursement, and provider portal issues.
• Collaborate with CLIA lab, reimbursement, Patient Navigation, Sales, and other teams to ensure timely processing and access to NavDx testing.
• Monitor provider ordering, testing adherence, and surveillance utilization to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve provider workflows and provider portal adoption.
• Support center- and provider-specific testing utilization reviews and surveillance adherence assessments to grow patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient and provider data across systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, and FDA requirements.
