We are seeking a Clinical Operations Associate to support NavDx ordering, reporting, and surveillance, partnering with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare institutions to ensure seamless operations and patient care. You will onboard customers, educate clinical teams, optimize workflows, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to enable accurate order processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in a fast-paced environment with clinical operations/analytics.
• Experience in commercial-stage life sciences or diagnostics OR healthcare provider support.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Experience with healthcare professionals (nurses, PAs, clinic staff) is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau; ability to analyze data and create reports.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare institutions for NavDx ordering and reporting.
• Onboard new customers, educate clinical teams, optimize workflows, and support NavDx testing implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for operational customer support (orders, results, reimbursement, provider portal).
• Collaborate with CLIA lab, reimbursement, Patient Navigation, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate orders and timely testing.
• Monitor ordering patterns, testing adherence, and surveillance to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve provider workflows and portal adoption, enhancing customer experience.
