• Strong communication with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare institutions.
• Onboard new customers, educate clinical teams, optimize workflows, and support NavDx implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for operational customer support on test ordering and results reporting.
• Collaborate with CLIA lab, reimbursement, Sales, and Patient Navigation teams to ensure timely testing.
• Monitor ordering patterns and surveillance utilization to identify improvements.
