Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist for a fully remote US-based role that supports scheduling, provider coverage, and operational coordination across multiple states to ensure timely, reliable care in reproductive and sexual health services.

You will own recurring scheduling cycles, coordinate with clinical leadership, and help scale workflows as the team grows. A focus on detail, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement will drive efficient virtual care delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in clinical operations, healthcare admin, or scheduling coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple moving parts (schedules, PTO, calls, payroll).
• Experience managing recurring, detail-heavy workflows with ownership.
• Excellent communication with clinic managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn and work across scheduling platforms and healthcare tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical scheduling process on an eight-week cycle across states.
• Manage scheduling changes, PTO, and coverage adjustments for continuity of care.
• Configure and maintain synced visit scheduling systems and provider availability.
• Review and approve payroll records per recurring schedules.
• Support day-to-day clinical operational escalations with established procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new clinical hires and system access.
• Manage vendor configurations for EHRs, labs, and healthcare systems.
• Maintain On-Call rotation schedules and ensure clear responsibilities.
• Collaborate with clinic managers and leadership on updates and coverage gaps.
• Keep accurate scheduling records, payroll data, and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring processes and improve workflows.
• Contribute to scalable processes for expanding clinical services across states.
