Job summary

Medsien, a leading provider of scalable remote care management, seeks an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to work with senior leadership and lead a team of medical assistants and care coordinators, proactively supporting, developing, and improving processes across the clinical team. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations.

You will manage a remote team, design workflows, monitor KPIs, participate in hiring, and drive operational excellence to deliver high-quality patient

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing employees in a clinical setting.
• Experience building teams, processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Strong cross-functional management and the ability to support multiple departments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a remote team of medical assistants and care coordinators.
• Design and improve clinical operational processes and guidelines to ensure high quality patient care.
• Monitor and improve KPIs to measure success and engagement across teams and external partners.
• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of new staff.
• Develop efficient workflows to maximize patient care quality and efficiency.
