Job summary

Sagility LLC is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor / Team Lead to oversee a telephonic team of Registered Nurses supporting the Specialty Pharmacy Initial Clinical Engagement Program in the United States.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, ensure workflow adherence, maintain quality and compliance, and help scale onboarding, nesting, and training as the program grows. Work-from-home arrangements support flexible scheduling and broad geographic coverage.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. RN license in good standing.
• Minimum three years clinical RN experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, telephonic nursing, and healthcare operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for telephonic RN team and ensure workflow adherence.
• Coach, mentor, and develop nurses; monitor performance and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with clinical workflows, documentation, and quality standards.
