Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Clinical Business Lead to provide comprehensive operational and team lead support for programs serving dually eligible Medicare/Medicaid members.

The role partners with clinical and operational leaders to coordinate daily workflows, staffing, productivity, and quality, while addressing barriers and ensuring execution of priorities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, and 3+ years of project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid or dual-eligible programs.
• 3+ years of project leadership experience.
• Ability to lead daily operations, coordinate staffing and workloads, monitor productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and team lead support for MI HIDE workflows.
• Lead support for State/Regional workflows and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Identify performance trends and barriers, escalate issues, and coach staff.
