Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Clinical Business Lead to provide operational and team lead support for programs serving dually eligible Medicare/Medicaid members.

You will coordinate daily workflows, staffing, and performance, coach staff, and ensure adherence to priorities. You will act as a liaison with state partners and oversee MI HIDE and State/Regional workflows to maintain alignment and timely escalation of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or programs serving dual-eligible populations.
• 3+ years of project leadership experience.
• Ability to lead daily operations, coordinate staffing/workloads, monitor productivity and quality, identify trends/barriers, coach staff, reinforce accountability, and escalate concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and team lead support for daily workflows and staffing coordination.
• Oversee daily dialer and manual list oversight, associate performance monitoring, productivity and quality reviews.
• Coach staff and ensure execution of operational priorities with accountability.
• Escalate workflow, staffing, quality, or performance concerns and partner with state/regional leaders as needed.
• Serve as a liaison with state partners and support MI HIDE workflows and related state/regional processes.
