Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Medicaid Clinical Operations team to oversee cross-functional initiatives across clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and business transformation.

You will ensure end-to-end delivery, on-time scope, and alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, technology, and governance stakeholders to drive successful implementations, report to the Associate Director, PMO, and work remotely with up to 10%

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant work experience.
3+ years of project management experience, from initiation to completion.
Working knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, and tools.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must work in EST hours regardless of location.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, and outcomes.
Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Monitor performance, manage risks/issues, apply corrective actions.
Facilitate governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, technology, compliance, and business leads.
