Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree.

• 3 or more years of project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor associate productivity and quality; identify performance trends and barriers.
• Provide coaching support and reinforce accountability to meet operational goals.
• Escalate operational concerns appropriately and partner with leaders for guidance.
