Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Liaison for remote, full-time temporary work. You will connect clinical leaders with field staff, ensuring payroll compliance, accurate timekeeping, and robust workforce reporting while improving workflows.

You will identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and help scale processes across a nationwide remote team, reporting to the Director of Quality & Training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role.
• Experience managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports simultaneously.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimized workflows and improve operational success.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in EHR systems and Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for NPs and Sprinters on timesheet, mileage, and documentation questions.
• Follow up with field employees on timesheet submissions, PTO entries and approval, and sick time to ensure accuracy before payroll close.
• Validate weekly mileage and hours are submitted in accordance with policy and protocols.
• Review and abstract supporting documentation for mileage and time submissions.
• Approve expenses within set parameters.
• Deliver a weekly exception report to each manager - escalations only, with full documentation.
