Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Liaison to scale field operations and clinical teams. You will connect NPs and Sprinters with the systems that keep timesheets, payroll, training, and compliance flowing, while identifying workflow improvements.

Qualifications

2+ years in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role.
Experience managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports simultaneously.
2+ years of demonstrated success identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal day-to-day direction.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in EHR systems and Google tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain clinical employee attendance, call-off, and workforce planning trackers.
Track training completion and annual compliance for clinical teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for your assigned clinical area.
Support logistical planning for workforce and maintain dashboards and metrics.
Manage administrative escalation trackers and ensure timely follow-up.
Route non-clinical operational issues to appropriate teams and maintain SOPs.
