HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Applications Specialist to drive onboarding of the commercial team across the Northeast from a remote base.

You will coach, assess, and mentor new hires in image-guided histotripsy procedures, ensuring field readiness and patient safety. In this role, you’ll partner with Clinical Training and leadership to deliver a scalable 12-week onboarding program, conduct competency evaluations, and standardize field workflows across cohorts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline; 5+ years in clinical applications, education, or medical affairs.
• Strong understanding of image-guided procedures and training models.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; ability to travel ~70%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field onboarding and coaching for new hires across clinical roles.
• Conduct structured competency evaluations during onboarding and provide actionable feedback.
• Document onboarding progress and competency data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Identify gaps and develop individualized development plans for field readiness.
• Travel up to 70% to customer sites, training events, and internal meetings.
