Job summary

AMOpportunities seeks a Clinical Network Development Coordinator to expand AMO’s national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations.

This remote role collaborates with teammates virtually and periodically from a Chicago office, leveraging healthcare recruitment and credentialing knowledge to drive onboarding readiness and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success meeting KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment.
• Experience with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand AMO’s clinical network through outreach and partnerships.
• Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding readiness.
• Use HubSpot and other tools to document and optimize pipeline health.
• Educate providers and organizations on AMO partnership value and onboarding SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet partner needs and placement timelines.
