Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate, regionally aligned across the United States. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, on-site or remotely, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and protocol adherence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or is a registered nurse, demonstrates excellent communication, and can travel up to 75%. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, 401k, stock purchase plan and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN required.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent accuracy and maintains subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity indicators.
• Conducts source data review, CRF data verification, and drives timely query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, storage checks, and release/return per protocol.
