Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to support regionally across the US. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and data integrity.

In this role, travel up to 75% is required; you will collaborate with site personnel, sponsor teams and cross-functional colleagues to drive study delivery and audit readiness while advancing patient safety and trial quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Good computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (onsite or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects patient confidentiality.
• Performs Source Document Review and ensures accurate data entry in CRFs; drives query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling and storage; ensures proper release/return per protocol.
• Maintains ISF/TMF alignment and archiving per guidelines and regulations.
• Supports recruitment, retention, and tracking of study observations and actions.
• Communicates project scope, timelines and budgets; adapts to changing priorities.
• Acts as liaison with site personnel and ensures training/compliance of site teams.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; participates in training as required.
• Provides audit readiness guidance and supports follow-up actions.
• Maintains knowledge of ICH/GCP and SOPs; completes required training.
• Site support throughout study lifecycle and collaborates with sponsor teams.
